I almost thought this place had potential, given the decent bar area, but the bathroom was scary, and i experienced the most unpleasent front desk lady ever. Oh and don't expect room service, that's a thing of the past. Absolutely shocked they didn't give me a complimentary anything for such inconveniences!

It was clean
The whole hotel was very basic. Our bathroom had obviously been recently renovated but was not finished. The walls had plaster work on them and were not painted.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this dump
Dump Loud Music until midnight, and general noise from about a hundred half drunk customers in the Indi Bar. Our view from the balcony was a suburban slum complete with discarded furniture on the streets.Interior 1970s yellow painted brick work with dark varnished wood. This hostel was more suited to homeless guests than holiday guests. Continental breakfast was a choice of cereal and coffee or tea from an urn. Please believe me I have no axe to grind I just want you to know what to expect if you stay here.

it was ok except we decided to stay at the Indian Ocean Hotel as they were suppose to have wireless internet connection, which was down the whole time we stayed there and the shower had hardly any pressure at all, the aircon didnt work very well either, staff were going to come and check the air con, we stayed there for 3 days and they never came to check it once. Wouldnt go back there.

Chur, bro! Great spot, heaps close to Scarborough Beach. But the noise from the bar was annoying at times. Sweet as for families!

Staff were excellent; very helpful.
Some aspects of the room are in need of modernisation, but this is only a minor gripe.

Some of the staff were too casual, poorly dressed and unprofessional. The rooms were out of date and overdue for an update, as was the breakfast room.

The location is great, real easy to get to perth. Staff was super friendly, always ready to help. The hotel brought a microwave and toaster to my room which was a nice touch. My room was decent size with lots of storage and it was quiet at night since it was far from the bar. Maintenance was really quick too, fixed everything asap!

It was reasonably priced, in-house movies & conveniently located.
Bathroom needs updating. Our shower actually flooded into bathroom on first day. However, when we told staff they had someone come fix it & clean it straight away.

The property seemed clean and the room was huge and large. The hotel had very polite and pleasant staff members. The location was great and handy, in the secure park, in the good area. The food was nice, enjoyed it.
